S. Mark Cone MD FACOG

Dr. Mark Cone has been a partner with OB-Gyn Associates, PLLC since 1993 and currently holds the position of President of it's executive board. OB-Gyn Associates, also known as OGA was founded in 1962. Taking care of the Women of Houston for nearly 50 years is a testament to the quality of medical care that OGA has strived to attain. Dr. Cone has been and continues to play a vital role in the history of this prestigious group. OGA has always prided itself in being the leader in Women’s HealthCare in Houston. Dr. Cone is a graduate of Klein High School, Texas A&M University and Baylor College of Medicine. He did his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine and has worked in the Texas Medical Center since 1980. Dr. Cone was a CREOG award recipient during his training representing the highest score on the American College of OB-Gyn Written Board Exams in his residency class. He currently is on staff at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, www.womanshospital.com and St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, www.sleh.com . He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Cone practices both obstetrics and gynecology. His training and practice experience includes general obstetrics, high risk obstetrics, twins, gynecologic surgery, minimally invasive surgery and infertility.
